While we are structured as a design/build firm, a large measure of our work is with outside architects. We offer a wide array of services and, in order to keep direct control over our work, we self-perform a large percentage of the construction phase to include insulating concrete foundations, framing and finish carpentry, spray foam and blown-in insulation, solar thermal and photovoltaic installations, building moving, and the use of reclaimed siding and antique timber frames to name a few. We have a longstanding commitment to helping our clients solve energy efficient puzzles to reduce their home energy usage and improve comfort. A large measure of our work is for out-of-state owners of second homes who have trusted and relied on us for years to work on their property in their absence. We have the resources in terms of labor (48 employees) to complete our projects on or ahead of schedule while delivering first-class results.
