4 Fresh, ripe but still firm peaches
Canola oil
¼ cup honey
Wilcox Vanilla Ice Cream
Wash and dry peaches. Cut each peach in half, remove the pit, and brush each cut side with oil. Place cut side down on a grill at medium heat, and grill for 3-4 minutes, or until fruit has begun to caramelize. Turn peaches over, drizzle with honey, and cook for an additional minute. Remove to a platter. Serve with ice cream, and an additional drizzle of honey if desired.
