Town Tree Lighting

Gather one and all at the Manchester town green for a holiday tree-lighting ceremony featuring appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus, hot drinks, music from WEQX and family fun.

 

Manchester Music Festival Thanksgiving Recital

Tom Snopek and Peggie Telscher will host an afternoon recital at their Stratton Mountain home. Hear young violin, viola and piano artists from Juilliard perform works by Bach, Schumann, Stravinsky, Faure and others. Refreshments will be served. More info at www.mmfvt.org.

 

Lighted Tractor Parade

Watch antique and modern tractors as they parade from Route 30 to Equinox Terrace in the heart of Manchester, Vermont. Each one is unique and lit up to celebrate the holidays.

Walk through history and learn more about some of Southern Vermont’s most famous inns during this magical time of year. Inns throughout Manchester, Dorset, and Arlington will be open for visitors. Manchester Lions Elf Express

This whimsical holiday train takes its riders on a one-hour enchanting journey through the Green Mountains of Southern Vermont. Passengers will be entertained with holiday melodies and dance routines by elves on decorated trains. First Snow Painting Class

Manchester Music Festival New Year’s Eve Concert
